Cheryl (beadbadwolf) insta-dm me months before this shoot happened, and expressed her interest in having a family shoot, inspired by Moonrise Kingdom (directed by one of my favourite directors Wes Anderson). I agreed on the spot. We initially wanted to go down to Punggol for the lalang but the newly opened Jurong Lake Garden fits more with the new landscape and hills.
